Is it bad that I am SO looking forward to a vacation that I'm not even taking until July?
We just found out that we'll be in town for San Diego Pride! That's so very frickin' exciting! I never even thought about it until the other night when we were making sure we wouldn't miss Chicago Pride. We won't. And with any luck, we won't miss San Diego Pride, either!
Now it's off to work. Until close. Which means I won't get around to getting around much today. Blast.

Everytime pride comes around here in Baltimore I'm either working or miss it somehow.
Well, we always plan ahead to be off the Monday after Pride in Chicago, and neither of us works on Sunday, so we're always free.
Just take a vacation day. It's totally worth it...at least in Chicago. I don't know about Baltimore.
There's nothing wrong with looking forward to a fun event. Doing that kind of thing helps pass the dreary days until the happy oocasion. We have Prides in the UK, but I'm not sure if our town has one - Brmingham does though and my friends tell me it's great!

That trip sounds awesome! :) I wouldn't mind a vacation myself, but I actually just like to stay home and do nothing.
A san diego vacation sounds nice! :) I have been to san diego pride and it was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. the ppl. there were awesome.
